If you want to prepare something easy but at the same tasty, this cauliflower casserole is a nice choice!
- cauliflower, 300 g
- sunflower-seed oil
- milk, 100 ml
- tomatoe, 1
- salt, to taste
- cheese, 70 g
- eggs, 4
First you need to pour boiling water onto the couliflower and tear into medium-sized inflorescences.
Then beat eggs with milk and a little bit of salt.
Put cauliflower pieces into the molds (oiled in advance).
Slice tomatoes and put on the cabbage pieces.
Now pour the mixture of beaten eggs with milk into the molds.
Grate cheese and sprinkle the top of the molds.
Put the molds into the pre-heated to 180 C oven and bake for 25 minutes.
You can serve the dish garnished with some greens.
