Summer usually brings heat and the desire to get chilled. What better way to do it than with home-made ice cream? You’ll ask if it’s possible to prepare dairy-free ice-cream? Well, I can answer: frozen fruits cope with this perfectly. All you need is 3 ingredients.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut milk (So Delicious)
Blend it. Done. 1–1/2 of these recipes made enough for my 3 kids (total 18 oz.).
You see how simple it is!
Note: You may garnish it with some pomegranate to add some tart taste.
