Piquant, bright and nourishing appetizer can be cooked in several minutes! Avocado and lemon puree is ideal match for fresh cucumber and dried bread.
- Avocado, 1
- Cucumber, 1
- Onion, 1
- Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
- Olive oil (or avocado oil), 2 tbsp
- Salt, 1 pinch
- Brown bread, 200 g
- Cranberries or snowball tree berries, 8-12
It’s preferable to choose a big and ripe avocado. Appetizer will be juicy!
You may also add some salmon or smoked mackerel.
Slice brown bread. Sprinkle them with oil. Dry them in oven till they become crispy.
Peel avocado and take out pit and dice avocado. Mash it to make puree. Add salt.
Thinly slice cucumbers and onion.
Lay out 1 tbsp avocado puree onto a slice of dried bread.
Make a “tail” from several slices of cucumber.
Make “ears” from slices of onion and a “nose” from any bright berry.
It’s ready! Serve immediately. Enjoy!
