Baguette with Ham and Cheese is an awesome appetizer either for a party or every day cooking.
Ingredients are quite simple and the recipe itself is easy!
- Baguette, 1
- Cream cheese, 200 g
- Ham, 100 g
- Onion, 1
- Olive (or sunflower) oil, for frying
- Greens, to taste
- Salt, pepper, to taste
Peel onion and then chop it. Fry it in a small amount of olive oil.
Cut ham into small pieces and mix it with cream cheese, fried onion and greens.
Cut the baguette into 3 even parts and remove the soft part.
Fill in with the stuffing.
Lay out baguette pieces onto the baking dish. Sprinkle them with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
Cut baguettes into smaller pieces and garnish with greens before serving.
