Baked Apple Chips

We all grew up eating dried fruit. As much as I love it, it often is full of sugar and unwanted oils. These are extremely easy to make and are great for an anytime treat!

Ingredients:

  • Apples (3 per baking sheet)
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Using an apple corer, pull the core out of the apples.

Slice the apples evenly into 1/4 inch slices and then sprinkle lightly with Cinnamon. Try to cut them evenly so they cook at the same pace.

Place on a baking sheet and pop into the oven.

Cook for 3 hours, flipping once per hour.

Once they are baked and have the consistency of an apple ring, place on a cooling rack to dry out.
