Baked Apples with Cottage Cheese

Let’s have an experiment and bake apples stuffed with cottage cheese and garnished with pomegranate.

I’ve cooked it for my kids recently and, to my great surprise, they turned out to be so tasty, sweet and soft, that my children ate them all!


  • Cottage cheese, 0,4 kg
  • Sugar, 4 tbsp
  • Big apples, 4
  • Pomegranate, 1


Peel pomegranate carefully.

Blend cheese and sugar thoroughly. Add pomegranate seeds (you may leave some for garnishing).

Wash apples and release them from the apple cores and half of the pulp. Stuff the apples with cheese and pomegranate mixture.

Bake in microwave oven for 4 minutes.
