Baked Carrot Sticks

Baked Carrot Sticks is a light and tasty appetizer that is hard to resist. And garlic sauce compliments carrot very well!


  • Carrots, 2
  • Oil, 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup
  • Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
  • Pepper, 1 tsp
  • Chopped parsley, ¼ cup
  • Salt, 0,5 tsp

For the sauce:

  • Yoghurt, 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, salt and pepper, 1 tsp each


Preheat oven to 200 C.

Cut the top and bottom parts of carrots. Cut it into half and then into 3 parts lengthwise.

Mix all the ingredients needed for the sticks preparation. Lay out carrot sticks onto the baking dish covered with parchment paper.

Put into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C. Let them cool a bit before serving.

Separately combine the ingredients for the sauce.

Enjoy baked carrot sticks!
