Having tried this delicious milkshake, your sweet tooth will be out of control.
Bananas are ideal for any milkshakes. What about dates? Well, they are a great source of potassium and are low on the glycemic index.
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 cup milk of choice (I used whole milk but almond or coconut milk would be lovely)
In a high speed blender add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away!
