Banana Peanut Smoothies

A nice drink for those who care about their figure and want to be in a good shape!


  • 2 frozen bananas; sliced
  • 150 ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp protein powder; unflavored
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter; no sugar
  • 1 tbsp oasted oat flakes
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 glass milk


Put sliced bananas with other ingredients into clean blender. Add ice cubes last. Blend and pulse for 3 minutes until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

It’s simple and easy but what is more important – it’s healthy too.

For other smoothies, you can add blanched almonds or pistachios for some crunch and texture, however I would advise against adding cashew nuts as they can make your smoothies greasy.

More Tips:

Add liquid first. No need to add sugar. There’s natural sugar in fruits already. Add ice cubes last to ensure your smoothies are icy cold. Pulse intermittently to make sure ice cubed are blended thoroughly. Use low/non fat milk for a healthy drink
