Banana Roll

Banana roll will make your day more positive, and this is scientifically proved! Bananas are rich in elements that help relax, raise your mood and feel happier. Besides, this fruit is a booster of energy.


  • eggs, 4
  • sugar, 1/2 cup
  • vanilla sugar, to taste
  • flour, 1/2 cup
  • butter, 2 tsp
  • honey, 2 tsp
  • whipped cream, 1/4 cup
  • banana, 1
  • candied fruit, berries, grated chocolate, to your liking


  1. Beat eggs in a bowl, fill up with sugar and mix till you get smooth mixture. Then add in flour gradually, mixing well.
  2. Add butter and honey, mix thoroughly.
  3. Oil baking dish and pour dough onto it. Put into oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 C. Don’t let the dough get too dry.
  4. Take it out of oven and let it cool a bit. Then spread on whipped cream, lay out sliced banana and make a roll.
  5. Sprinkle the roll with sugar powder or garnish with candied fruit.
