Ingredients:

  • 2 Beets
  • 4 Carrots
  • 2 Apples

Method:

Wash carrots, beets and peel them. And then cut it into medium pieces.

Peel the apples and remove seeds, cut it into 4 pieces.

Put the beets, carrots and apples in a blender and mashing well.

Filter the mixture and pour in a cup.
