Beet salad with cheese is a nice variant of holiday salads that is not quite similar to what we have used to cook. Those who want it to taste more unusual may add some prunes.
- Beets, 2
- Cheese, 100 g
- Canned peas, 2 tbsp
- Sour cream, 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Salt, pepper and greens, to taste
- Walnuts, 2
Boil beets and eggs. Let them cool. Then peel beets and shell eggs.
Grate cheese on a large grater. Do the same with beets and eggs. Combine these ingredients and mix well.
Add peas, pressed garlic, salt and pepper. Add mayo and sour cream. Mix.
Sprinkle with greens and chopped walnuts.
