Bokchoy Salad

Light and easy salad evokes sunny mood and gives a great store of vitamins. You’ll like it for sure! Cooking takes little time and minimal efforts.

Ingredients:

  • 3 baby bok choy
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped into strips
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 6 pieces, sliced cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
