Cheese Waffles

Cheese waffles are very appetizing, flavorful and crispy. They even resemble crackers, to some extent. Any waffle-iron will do for making these waffles.


  • Flour, 3 tbsp
  • Dried Paprika, ½ tsp
  • Cheese, 500 g
  • Eggs, 2 large
  • Breadcrumbs, ½ glass


  1. Take a bowl of a medium size and put there the required amount of flour. Then beat in eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Slice cheese and dip in egg mixture.
  3. Dip cheese in breadcrumbs and put into the waffle-iron. Bake just a couple of minutes.

The appetizer is ready. Serve with any sauce you like and enjoy!
