This is the greatest tart I’ve ever tried! Its tender and at the same time spicy structure will pleasantly surprise you!
- Tomatoes, 3
- Puff pastry, 2 portions
- Cream, 125 ml
- Ham, 100 g
- Eggs, 2
- Parmesan cheese, 40 g
- Oregano, 1 tsp
Combine 2 pieces of puff pastry into one. Roll out a bit and lay out onto the baking dish. Dice tomatoes and grate parmesan on a medium grater.
Beat eggs into blender. Then add cream, oregano, several tablespoons of parmesan and whisk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out tomatoes and ham onto the pastry. Pour egg mixture and sprinkle the rest of parmesan on it.
Put tart into pre-heated to 200 C oven and bake for 35-40 minutes till it gets golden.
