It’s a healthy, tasty and also very easy recipe to make! It’s compatible with all tastes, so makes a perfect choice for serving at parties.
- 3 Chicken tighes
- 1 medium onion
- 4-5 Prunes
- Oil and salt as needed
Set diced onion in (olive) oil and fry over medium heat until golden and fragrant, add plums stir a few times. Place the chicken thighs in, sprinkle salt over and saute along with plums & onion as long as all the juice from chicken is absorbed.
Add half a cup of water, bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to low, cook until chicken is cooked and the sauce is thick and mellow (about 1 to 1 1/2 hour, depends on the size of chicken thighs).
The sauce in this recipe makes the chicken delicious, even without seasoning it’s going to be colorful.
Serve with rice. Enjoy!
