Chicken Cutlets with Cottage Cheese and Dill

I love chicken cutlets. I haven’t tried such variant so far and that’s in vain, I must say.

They are so easy to cook, and turn out to be tasty and juicy!

  • Chicken  fillet, 500 g
  • Cottage cheese, 250 g
  • Eggs, 2
  • Sour cream, 70 g
  • Flour, 70 g
  • Cheese, 100 g
  • Dill, 1 bunch
  • Salt, white ground pepper, to taste
  • Oil, for frying
