Chicken Fillet in Bacon

It’s a very simple dish that could be an amazing appetizer for any occasion! It’s so easy to make! And you needn’t any sophisticated ingredients to cook it!


  • Chicken fillet, 500 g
  • Smoked bacon, 500 g
  • Sunflower oil, 30-50 g (for frying)


First of all wash chicken fillet thoroughly. Cut it lengthwise into stripes and then crosswise into medium-sized pieces (approximately, 20-25 pieces, 2-3 cm).

I don’t add any salt and pepper to chicken fillet as bacon itself has all the necessary spices.

Now wrap each piece of fillet into the bacon stripe (like a roll or envelope).

Preheat oil in frying pan. Then fry each side of the rolls at low heat, till they get golden.

You may serve the appetizer with vegetables or just as it is.
