What can be tastier than a fresh, crispy and fluffy chocolate croissant with a cup of hot tea or coffee for breakfast?
- Puff yeast dough, 1 package
- Flour, 0,5 cup
- Sugar powder, 2-3 tbsp
- Egg, 1
- Stuffing, to your taste (or a bar of dark chocolate as I did)
Sprinkle the table with flour, for the dough not to be sticky. Then roll the dough into a big round and cut it into long triangles.
Put the stuffing on the edge of a wider part and roll the croissants.
Now beat an egg and grease each croissant with egg mixture. This will make your croissants golden in the process of baking.
Bake them in a preheated to 220 °C oven on the parchment paper for 15-20 minutes (depending on their size)
