Chocolate Protein Oats

Chocolate Protein Oatmeal is one of the easiest, yummiest, and well-balanced breakfasts!

Servings: 1


  • 1/2 cup quickcooking oats
  • 1 cup liquid (either water or milk)
  • 4 tbsp liquid eggwhites
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda for Baking (or however much for desired sweetness)


  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Cinnamon


  1. Combine the oats, protein powder and water or milk in a bowl.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the eggwhites and mix well.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Top with banana slices, peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon.
