Citrus Marinated Chicken Legs

Citrus and chicken make a great match! Though first it may seem to you that these ingredients are not combinable, they supplement each other very well.


  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 peeled grapefruit
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1 pineapple core
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 lbs of organic chicken legs


Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend well. Pour over chicken legs and make sure each leg is covered. Marinate in the fridge for at least 45 minutes or overnight. Bake at 425 degrees for 4550 minutes or until a thermometer in the thickest part of the leg reaches 180 degrees. Flip halfway during cooking. Remove from the oven and cover with foil and let rest for 30 minutes. Then enjoy!
