Cottage Cheese with Raspberries and Cinnamon

Yum. I know that there are a lot of Cottage Cheese haters out there, but I most certainly am NOT one of them. I am a believer. This is a simple recipe and for those of you who love Cottage Cheese you will try it. It’s super high in protein and is fantastic anytime of the day.

Tip: If you are working out a lot, Cottage Cheese is the best thing to eat before you go to bed because it is a slow burning protein and will help your muscle repair all night long.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Raspberries
  • 1.5 tbs of Cinnamon

Method:

Mix together Cottage Cheese and Raspberries. Sprinkle Cinnamon on top and enjoy!
