This flavorful soup will create a homey atmosphere wherever you are. It goes great with garlic buns or pies.
- Garlic, 6-8 cloves
- Ham, 80-100 g
- Chicken broth, 6 cups
- Eggs, 2
- Paprika, 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper, to taste
- Crouton, 6 cups
- Olive oil, 2 tbsp
You can make crouton by yourself. Dice bread roll and lay out cubes onto the baking dish (spread with parchment paper). As soon as the cubes start to darken, take them out.
Slice garlic cloves very thinly.
Combine cut ham, garlic and olive oil and fry in a pan for 1-3 minutes. Add paprika and fry 1-2 minutes more. Add crouton (mini toasts) and mix well.
Pour broth into pan and boil at maximum heat. When it starts boiling, add salt and pepper. Add greens, if you like.
Add raw eggs into soup and boil for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
Garnish to your liking and enjoy!
