This egg roll with ham and bell pepper can make a very tasty breakfast or snack. You don’t need too sophisticated products to cook it.
- Bell pepper, 1
- Onion, 1
- Ham, 250 g
- Eggs, 8
- Milk, 200 ml
- Flour,50 g
- Cheese, 350 g
- Oil, 3 tbsp
- Spices, to taste
Cut ham into small pieces and fry in frying pan, adding 1 tbsp of oil.
Dice pepper and onion.
Combine the vegetables and add milk and flour. Mix thoroughly. Beat in eggs, add salt and pepper.
Spread the parchment paper onto the baking dish and oil it a bit.
Pour the received mixture onto it.
Put into the pre-heated to 180 C oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Now grate cheese on a large grater and sprinkle the future roll.
Put into oven for 5 more minutes.
Then carefully make a roll.
