Five minutes pizza, pita spinach

This recipe makes a delicious, healthy and fast dish. It’s going to be a nice and crispy crust and at the same time a soft and chewy pizza!!

Ingredients:

  • Pita bread
  • Spinach cut into chunk pieces
  • Grated cheese (preferably old cheddar and mozzarella)

Cooking:

For each pita bread, spread two cups of spinach and half a cup grated cheese over it.

Heat the oven to 400°F. Place the pizza at the bottom rack for about 3 minutes, move it to the upper rack (under broiler) and roast for another 3 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.

Remove from the oven. Use scissors or a knife, cut into triangles. Enjoy!
