- Any berries, to your likng
- Sugar, 200 g
- Starch, 2-3 tbsp
- Egg whites, 8
Boil berries a bit. Fray them through the sieve. Add sugar and mix well.
Add starch. Mix again and put it aside.
Whisk egg whites until stiff. Gradually add them to the mixture of berries and sugar. Whisk again.
Preheat oven to 150 C.
Oil the baking dish and lay out the mass in the form of a hill.
Bake for 30 minutes till the top becomes golden.
