This fluffy cheese pudding is ideal dessert for those who adore sweet things but prefers easy cooking. You won’t buy such tasty dessert at any shop. And you need only 30 minutes to cook it at home.
- cottage cheese, 0,5 kg
- eggs , 4
- sugar, 6 tbsp
- sour cream, 2 tbsp (30% fat)
- starch, 2 tbsp
- vanillin, 10 g
- raisins and other dried fruits, to taste
Preheat oven to 180-200 C
In a bowl, mix cheese, egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, starch and vanilin with the help of mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix well egg whites.
Now combine cheese mixture and egg whites. Mix well.
Add raisins or any other fruits, to your liking.
Lay the parchment paper onto the baking dish and grease with butter.
Lay out the mass onto the baking dish.
Bake approximately 30-40 minutes.
Garnish the pudding with jam or nuts.
