Fluffy Pumpkin Pudding

  • Pumpkin, 500 g
  • Cottage cheese, 200 g
  • Semolina, 100 g
  • Milk, 250 g
  • Sugar, 150 g
  • Eggs, 3
  • Butter, 15 g
  • Sour cream, 50 g


Peel pumpkin and slice it. Put into pan and pour a bit salted water. Boil 15 minutes. Take out pumpkin and whisk with blender. Now take semolina and milk and cook a thick porridge.  Combine pumpkin puree and porridge, add eggs, cheese, sugar and mix thoroughly.

Pre-heat oven to 180 C. Grease baking dish with butter, put into oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar powder before serving.
