Fried Pomfrets In Thai Sauce

  • 2 Medium Onions; sliced
  • 1 inch Ginger; slivered

  • 2 Small Tomatoes; slightly ripe; sliced
  • 6 tbsp Thai Chilli Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper; to taste
  • Sugar; to taste
  • Lime Juice; to taste
  • Cooking Oil
  • greens to taste
