Fruit Salad 4 Ways

Four wonderful fresh fruit salads will give you strength and renew your energy! Pick any and enjoy!

Serves 4-5 (per recipe)

Tropical Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oranges, peeled and halved
  • 12 ounces strawberries, quartered
  • 2 mangoes, chopped
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped or sliced

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrupPREPARATION

Combine all the ingredients above in a large bowl.

Mix the dressing ingredients together and spread over fruit, mix well.

Banana Berry

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 12 ounces strawberries, quartered
  • 12 ounces raspberries

PREPARATION

Combine all the ingredients above in a large bowl.

Mix the dressing ingredients together and spread over fruit, mix well.

Mango Melon

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 cups honeydew, cubed
  • 2 cups mangoes, cubed

PREPARATION

Combine all the ingredients above in a large bowl.

Mix the dressing ingredients together and spread over fruit, mix well.

Melon Berry

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 ounces strawberries, quartered
  • 12 ounces raspberries
  • 12 ounces blueberries
  • 8 ounces blackberries
  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed

PREPARATION

Combine all the ingredients above in a large bowl.

Mix the dressing ingredients together and spread over fruit, mix well.
