Gazpacho Soup

Today you are going to take a short trip to Spain and try there this tasty Gazpacho soup!


  • 1/2 Water melon
  • 11/2 cup tomato juice
  • 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp edible oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce / freshly grounded black pepper

For Garnishing:

  • Cucumber chopped / croutons
  • Celery leaves


  1. Process all ingredients in a blender except watermelon, till smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and chill.
  3. Scoop out inside of watermelon and fill mixture in it.
  4. Sprinkle croutons and cucumber in to the soup.
  5. Garnish with celery.
  6. If required  pour some ice cubes
