- Toasts, to taste
- Ham, 300 g
- Cheese, 200 g
- Eggs, boiled hard, 4
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Greens, to taste
Separate egg yolks from egg whites (in boiled eggs). Grate egg whites on a big greater. Grate egg yolks on a small grater in a separate bowl.
Now combine grated cheese, egg whites, greens and garlic. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Put 1 tbsp of mixture on the edge of each ham slice. Sprinkle with grated egg yolks and roll it.
You may put ham rolls onto the plate covered with lettuce or on toasts.
