This is a homemade chocolate recipe that uses cocoa powder.
This recipe is quick to prepare, however, the freezing part will take up to 5 to 6 hours for the chocolate to solidify well.
What you need for Milk Chocolate Recipe:
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups fine sugar
- 2 cups milk powder
- Warm water
To make chocolate, mix together cocoa powder and milk powder.
Meanwhile, put sugar in a pan and cook over low heat. Keep stirring to prevent sugar from getting burnt. Cook until sugar turns to caramel.
Now add cocoa mixture into caramel and stir well. Stir until mixture thickens. Add warm water to form a paste. Beat the mixture until it becomes a smooth paste. Pour chocolate into desired moulds. Allow to set before placing in refrigerator.
Once chocolates have set, remove from mould, cut and serve.
