Cottage cheese has become a very frequent ingredient in many modern recipes. Why? Well, the reason is simple: it is very useful and tasty. If cooked the right way, it adds a special flavor and makes dishes more appetizing!
- Cottage cheese, 200 g
- Butter, 120 g
- Sugar, 200 g
- Eggs, 2
- Baking powder, 1,5 tsp
- Flour, 1,5-2 cups
- Blueberries, 40 g
Make sure butter is of room temperature. Whisk eggs and sugar with mixer to froth. The mass should increase.
Add 1,5 cups flour and 1,5 tsp baking powder.
Mix everything again with the help of mixer.
Add butter and mix again.
If the pastry is thick enough, it’s ready. If it’s too liquid, add some more flour.
The amount of flour may depend on the moisture of cottage cheese.
Grease the baking dish. Lay out dough onto it.
Garnish the pie with blueberries. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a pre-heated to 180 C oven.
