This dip is such a great party dip. It has flavors that everyone loves (such as corn and bacon) and is delicious to eat with tortilla chips, Ritz crackers, slices of apples, or really anything you could put in a dip. It is so versatile and you can switch it up in so many different ways. This is truly one of the best dips I have ever made and everyone has always loved it. This was a hit at the women’s meeting and I know it can be a hit at your party as well!
I assure you, everyone was all over this! Your friends and family will love it as well!
- 16 ounces Daisy sour cream
- 1 cup Old El paso salsa
- 1 8-ounce can green chiles
- 1 cup Kraft shredded cheddar
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 1 15-ounce can Del Monte corn
Stir Ranch mix and sour cream together in a medium sized bowl until well combined. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour (preferably) or serve immediately. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
Quick Tip: Use leftovers as filling for empanadas.
