Juicy Barbecue in Frying Pan

This recipe is great for those who don’t want to go out in cold weather to fry barbecue. Following easy steps you’ll get juicy barbecue in frying pan.


  • Beef fillet, 200-300 g
  • Onion, 1
  • Lemon juice, several drops
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fat, for greasing frying pan


Cut beef fillet into medium sized pieces. Grate onion on a large grater straight into meat.

Add some lemon drops. Add salt and pepper.

Cover pan with a lid and leave it for 5-10 minutes. Now take skewers or wooden “swords” to thread meat.

Pre-heat frying pan and grease it. Put skewers onto the frying pan. Fry each side of barbecue for 2-3 minutes, approximately.

Now take barbecue off the stove and cover straight with a lid (this is very important!!!). Leave them for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with juice that has remained in frying pan before serving.
