I offer you to cook a very tasty hot appetizer, you won’t regret! Julienne with mushrooms is a very tasty dish that will be of use when you are accepting guests.
Ingredients (4 portions):
- Chicken fillet, 500 g
- Field mushrooms (frozen or fresh), 300 g
- Onions, 1-2
- Cheese, 200 g
- Sour cream, 300-350 g
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Flour, 1-2 tbsp
- Oil, for frying
Wash chicken fillet. Boil it at small heat for 30 minutes. Cut onions into half-rings. Unfreeze mushrooms. Heat frying pan, pour some oil into it. Fry mushrooms and onions, stirring, for 10-15 minutes.
Now let chicken fillet cool, then chop it. Add fillet into the frying pan.
In a separate frying pan fry flour a bit. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Combine the cream sauce and mushrooms with chicken. Mix well and take off the stove.
Put the mass into separate cocottes or pots. Sprinkle each with grated on a large grater cheese. Bake in a preheated to 180 C oven for 20-30 minutes or till cheese gets golden.
