Kitchen Sink Quiche

I can definitely say that this quiche is a win! If you haven’t cooked it yet, this will be a nice start!


  • 1 pie shell (mine was frozen)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sausages (pre cooked 13 ounces)
  • 2 zucchinis diced
  • 1/2 package of Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 TB butter
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • pinch of himalayan pink salt
  • pinch onion powder
  • pinch garlic powder


~Follow your pre shell baking instructions: mine called prebaking at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then set aside and lower the temperature to 350 degrees.~

In a food processor or high speed blender, combine your sausage, hash browns and blend until combined. Then add the eggs and milk and blend again. Set aside.

In a pan over medium heat add the tablespoon of butter then add the diced zucchini. Cook the zucchini until soft and add the spices.

Grab the pie crust and layer the bottom with the zucchini, then grab the  blended egg, potato and sausage and pour over the top of the zucchini. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 4555 minutes until solid in the center.
