Low Sugar Fruity Shake

For preparing this Low Sugar Fruity Shake we use natural fruit juice and tarty fruits mixed with milk and natural sweetener. This is one low sugar nutritious blend when you need that pickmeup and not having to worry about calories.
You can make this fruity shake in 10 minutes and enjoy immediately. I would recommend blending the fruits with ice for that really cold scrumptious shake.


  • 1 cup Papaya Juice
  • 3 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Low Fat Milk Powder
  • 2/3 cup Low Fat Fresh Milk
  • 2 sachets Natural Sweetener
  • 1 Banana; cut into slices
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 Ice Cubes


Blend all ingredients until well blended. Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy your drink!
