- 5 cups broth (water plus 1 piece chicken bouillon cube)
- 3 pieces corn, grated
- 2 bunches malunggay leaves (moringa)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Heat water or chicken stock until it simmers.
Add the onions and grated corn and let it simmer again for 10 minutes or until the corn is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper, then add the malunggay leaves and turn off the heat immediately.
