Mango Salsa

Mango is the only fruit that is consumed twice or thrice daily in summer. This mango salsa can be enjoyed not only  with nachos or chips but also taken as a salad, and its presence will make your meal much more interesting and desirable since it’s a delicious fusion of vegetable and spices in mango sauce.


  • Ripe yet firm Mango- 1 large
  • Tomatoes Chopped- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Spring Onions Whites- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Capsicum- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves- 1 tbsp
  • Dry Red Chilli Flakes- 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Oregano- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Put all ingredients in a bowl, toss well and mash lightly with spoon. Cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve it chilled with tortilla chips or as salad with your main course.
