This is a quick and tasty meat pie in the form of a roll. You’ll enjoy it greatly, I promise!
- Lavash, 1-1,5 large-sized
- Minced meat (any to your liking)
- Cheese, 150 g
- Onion, big, 1
- Tomato, big, 1
- Sour cream, 200 g
- Mayonnaise, 150 g
- Ground black pepper
- Oil, 2 tbsp for frying
Peel and chop onion. Fry it a bit in oil.
Add minced meat and cook it, stirring for about 10 minutes. Add some salt, pepper and take off the stove.
Wash greens, dry them and chop.
Put tomato into boiling water, peel and slice it.
For sauce, you need to mix sour cream and mayo.
You may use an ordinary baking dish or take a round dish for cakes.
Then lay out the filling onto the lavash (meat and tomatoes on top).
Spread ¼ of the sauce. Put grated cheese and greens. Roll the pie.
Put it onto the baking dish and put the rest of the sauce on top.
Bake the roll for 29-25 minutes at 170-180 C.
You may serve immediately or when it has become cool. It’s tasty both ways.
