Serve this deeply flavorful wonderful soup with warm brown rice or noodles.
- 3 cups Dashi stock
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/8 cup tofu cubes
- 1 Onion, well chopped
- Boil the stock well.
- Now add mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes.
- Mix miso paste and soya sauce together.
- Put this in stock also put tofu.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with onion and serve hot.
