Mushroom and Tofu Soup

Serve this deeply flavorful wonderful soup with warm brown rice or noodles.


  • 3 cups Dashi stock
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/8 cup tofu cubes
  • 1 Onion, well chopped


  1. Boil the stock well.
  2. Now add mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Mix miso paste and soya sauce together.
  4. Put this in stock also put tofu.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with onion and serve hot.
