- 5 Eggs
- Tamarind (soaked)
- 250 gms Big onions
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 7 Red chilies
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Grind all the other ingredients mentioned together.
Add soaked tamarind extract to above mixture. Also add salt and turmeric powder.
Heat ghee and add onions.
Now add the above prepared mixture to onions with enough water and allow to boil.
Beat eggs and prepare omelets on non stick pan.
Cut the omelet in to pieces.
Add these pieces to the boiling gravy.
Boil for 2 minutes and remove from fire.
Garnish with cut coriander leaves.
