Omelette with Mozzarella and Tomatoes

Breakfast is an essential part of your day. So, if it’s tasty and appetizing, it gives you 60 % the rest of your day is going to be fine! Here is a good example of it!


  • Eggs, 3
  • Tomatoes cherry, 4
  • Mozzarella cheese, 50 g
  • Butter, 20 g
  • Green basil, 30 g
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt, to taste


Beat eggs, then salt and pepper them. Add some butter into the frying-pan and put there tomatoes for a couple of minutes. Then pour beaten eggs onto them. In 20 seconds, add mozzarella, cut basil leaves and take off the stove.

Let it cool a bit. Sprinkle with olive oil.
