Orange-glazed salmon

I usually make my salmon in the oven with mango chutney. It’s good because I LOVE the sweetness it gives. However, last night I wanted a little bit sweet and spicy dish, so I tried a recipe that promised exactly that.


  • 4 boneless salmon fillets (with or without skin side)
  • 3 Tbs. Cajun Spice
  • 1 Tsp. Brown sugar
  • ½ Tsp. salt
  • ½ c. Orange Marmalade (Seville Oranges)
  • juice of half of large lime
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
