Orange Pie

It’s more typical for pies to be stuffed with apples, but this lovely pie we offer today is cooked with oranges. And this makes it especially delicious and unusual.


  • Flour, 1,5 cup
  • Sugar, 1,5 cup
  • Eggs, 5
  • Oranges, 2
  • Sugar powder


Mix eggs and sugar with the help of mixer. Then add flour and mix well again.

Grease baking dish with butter and pour 1/3 flour.

Peel oranges and cut each segment into half.

Lay  out half of the peeled and cut oranges onto dough. Then pour 1/3 more.

Put another layer of oranges and finally, pour the rest of the dough on top.

Preheat oven to 180 C. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Check if ready with a toothpick.

When the pie is ready, sprinkle it with sugar powder.
