Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo is ideal for serving with your favorite Mexican dishes. It goes especially well with tacos and fajitas. It’s also considered to be a fresh and uncooked salad.


  • 3 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, washed and minced
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. lime juice
  • salt and pepper


The steps are easy.

Firstly, you need to combine ingredients in large tupperware container and shake to combine.

Secondly, refrigerate for at least 6 hours (you may live in fridge for night).

Thirdly, shake container once more before serving.

Enjoy with any dish you like!
