Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

You will LOVE the way these cupcakes look!!! What about the taste? Well, they taste divine! And these are not all advantages! The method is so simple that you will want to cook the dessert over and over again!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 Tbs. lemon zest

Method:

You need to preheat the oven in advance (up to 350 degrees).  Then place liners in muffin pan or spray with cooking spray.

In a bowl pour water and mix it with lemonade concentrate. After that add remaining ingredients one by one and mix them until smooth.

Now it’s time to pour batter into prepared pan, with batter coming 2/3 way up liner.

The avarage time for baking is 2025 minutes. You may also check if the cupcake is ready by inserting a toothpick in its center. If it’s ready, a toothpick comes out clean.

Leave in pan for 10 minutes then remove cupcakes to cooling rack.
