Once I’ve decided to cook pork chops in a different way. Here is actually a tasty result!
- Pork, 500 g
- Cheese, 100 g
- Egg, 1
- Salt, to taste
- Black ground pepper, to taste
- Oil, 50 ml
Wash meat. Dry it and cut into 4 parts. Slightly beat them (both sides).
Cut cheese into 4 sticks (0,5-0,8 sm).
Make a cut in one side of every piece of meat, so that it would look like a pocket. Put a piece of cheese into this pocket, covering with meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Beat egg with salt and pepper.
Dip each chop into egg batter. Fry both sides of meat in oil under the lid till it gets golden.
